Creating an order

How to place a new order in the buyer mobile app or the Buyer Hub

You can place your orders by:

  • If you have more than one outlet, you can change the outlet you are ordering for by tapping on the outlet name (dropdown menu) at the top of the page. 

Order by supplier

1. On the Orders screen, tap “Order”.

2. Select a supplier.

3. Choose the products that you need by tapping on "Add to order".

  • You can edit the quantity of the product item by tapping on the "+" & "-" or by typing in your desired quantity.

  • As you add items to the order, you'll notice at the bottom of the screen a progress bar appears for you to see how your order value compares against the supplier's minimum order value (MOV).

4. Select “Review order” to verify your order details. Then, tap the button beside the supplier's name and tap “Place order” to complete the ordering process. 

  • Tapping on the delivery date on the bottom left of each supplier listed on your review order allows you to select another delivery date.

Order by item name

1. On the Orders screen, tap “Order”.

2. Search for the item you want to order by typing into the search field.

3. Choose the items by tapping "Add to order".

  • You can edit the quantity of the product item by tapping the "+" & "-" or by typing in your desired quantity.

4. Tap on “Review order” to verify your order details. Then, check the square box beside your supplier's name and tap on “Place order” to complete the ordering process.

  • Tapping on the delivery date listed on the bottom left of each supplier allows you to select another delivery date.

Tips: 

  • To view additional details of the item, tap onto any of the item.

  • To add items into the favourites category, tap on the "Heart" icon beside each of the item name.

  • Have a special request or delivery instruction? Leave a note for your supplier in the "Edit order" screen!

Buyer Hub

To create a new order:

1. Once you login to the Buyer Hub, go to the Orders tab on the left.

2. Click on the blue button labelled "New order" on the top right corner, and then select "New order" from the drop-down list.


3. Select the Supplier you wish to order from. You can also use the "Search suppliers" field to find your desired supplier.

  • If you have more than one outlet, you can change the outlet you are ordering for by tapping on the outlet name (dropdown menu) at the top of the page. 

4. Select the SKU you want to order either by scrolling through the list of SKUs or use the search field, "SKU name". 


5. Choose your order quantity by clicking on "Add to order", then click the "+-" icon or type the required quantity into the number field.


6. Click on "Review order" to go to the next page.


7. At the Review order page, you can change the order date, SKU quantity, and even add or remove SKU.


8. Click on "Optional - Add special request or delivery/billing instruction" to add extra notes to your supplier.

  • Click on "Promo code" to enter your promotional code if you have one for the current order.

9. Click on "Place order" to proceed with the order or if you are not ready, click "Save as draft" to go back to the same order at a later date.


10. Once you have placed your order, you will end up on this page. You can either go back to the order page or place a new order by clicking on the buttons below.
