To help with fulfilment, suppliers can use Zeemart to download the following:


Pick lists

The "pick list" is a Microsoft Excel file containing a list of all the items you need to pick for deliveries on a specific date. It includes:

  • SKU name

  • Product code (if any)

  • UOM

  • Quantity (total for the day)

  • Storage location (if any)

To download this list:

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. At the top right corner, click Download and select Pick list.

  3. Select a delivery date and locations you need, then click Download.

Picking slips

The "picking slip" is a PDF document containing a list of all the items you need to pick per order. It includes:

  • SKU name

  • Product code (if any)

  • UOM

  • Quantity (total for the day)

  • Outlet name (delivery location)

  • Order number

  • Notes for the item or order (if any)

  • Delivery instructions (if any)

If you have added the "storage location" info in the item details, the picking slip document will be organised by its storage location to help you find your items easily.

To download this document:

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. Select an order.

  3. At the top right corner, click Options and select Download picking slip.

Packing lists

The "packing list" is a Microsoft Excel file containing a list of all the items you need to pack per order for all deliveries on a specific date. It includes:

  • SKU name

  • Product code (if any)

  • UOM

  • Quantity (total for the day)

  • Outlet name (delivery location)

  • Order number

  • Notes for the item or order (if any)

  • Delivery instructions (if any)

To download this list:

  1. Go to Orders.

  2. At the top right corner, click Download and select Packing list.

  3. Select a delivery date and locations you need, then click Download.
