An order may display one of the following statuses at any time:
DRAFT - The order has not been placed and is still editable. Note: Drafts are only visible to order creator.
PROCESSING - The order is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that appears while order is being sent to supplier or approver. You will receive a notification if the status has changed from Processing to Placed.
PENDING APPROVAL - The order has been sent to the approver. Please wait for approver to respond.
NEEDS YOUR APPROVAL - The order requires your response. Please approve or reject the order.
APPROVING or REJECTING - Your response to the approval request is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that should appear only briefly. Order creator will receive a notification if the status has changed to Placed or Rejected.
REJECTED - The order has been rejected by the approver.
PLACED - The order has been placed with the supplier.
INVOICED - The order has been linked to an invoice.
CANCELLING – Order cancellation is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that should appear only briefly.
CANCELLED - The order has been cancelled by buyer.
