You can view spending report by outlet, supplier, SKU (item), category or tag. The data in the spending report is based on invoice data (not orders) to reflect actual spending.
By outlet
In Reports, select Spending per outlet.
Click on an outlet to dive into details per outlet.
To filter this list to only show data for specific suppliers, select the Filter button on top right of the table. You can also Export the data on the page or change the date range of the data to be displayed.
By supplier
In Reports, select Spending per supplier.
You will see a list of suppliers that your outlets have received invoice from. To filter this list to only show data for specific outlets, select the Filter button on top right of the table. You can also Export the data on the page or change the date range of the data to be displayed.
Click on a supplier to dive into details per supplier.
By SKU
In Reports, select Spending per SKU.
You will see a list of SKU that your outlets have received within the selected date range. To filter this list to only show data for specific outlets or suppliers, select the Filter button on top right of the table. You can also Export the data on the page or change the date range of the data to be displayed.
Click on an SKU to dive into details per SKU.
Fees & other charges
You may see this line item appearing in this report. This is a blanket term that covers all non-market list SKUs and charges appearing in invoices such as the GST (VAT) and delivery fees.
By category
Categories are how items in Zeemart are classified by the Zeemart team. The categories cannot be changed. If you'd like to classify the SKUs yourself, please use tags (see below).
To view this report, in Reports, select Spending per category.
By expense category
If you have assigned expense categories to items in the market list, you can also see the breakdown of your spending by those categories.
By tag
Unlike categories, tags are custom classification managed by buyer users. See this article to learn how you can tag SKUs.
To view this report, in Reports, select Spending per tag.
