Connecting to accounting software

Overview of Nomni Procure's integration options for buyers

Quick answer: In the Buyer Hub, click your username (top right) and select Companies. Click Actions next to the company, select Manage integration and connect Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB (Australia only). Then follow the steps below.

Nomni Procure currently supports the following accounting software integrations on the Buyer Hub. The integration is set up at the company level, not by location (outlet).

Set up the Xero integration

Follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the Buyer Hub desktop panel.

  2. Click on your username at the top right corner of the page and select Companies.

  3. Click the Actions button next to a company and select Manage integration.
    ​
    ​Note: Each company can only integrate with a single accounting software (i.e. either Xero or Quickbooks).

  4. Select Connect next to the Xero icon.

  5. You will be asked to log in to your Xero account. Select Allow access when asked to authorise access to Xero.

  6. Once done, you will be redirected back to Nomni Procure.

  7. Back in Nomni Procure, you will now need to select the export options for your data.
