How to view the MOQ of the product and the MOV of your order

Checking the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Minimum Order Value (MOV) before placing your orders.

Quick answer: Tap on the 'New order' tab at the top. Tap on a supplier. Then follow the steps below.

This is how to check the MOQ of a product before ordering it.

  1. Tap on the 'New order' tab at the top.

  2. Tap on a supplier.

  3. Tap on the 'Details' button below any product's name.

  4. The MOQ of that product will be displayed beside its price.

You won't be able to order below the set MOQ level as per the Supplier. If you notice you are able to order below the MOQ level, please inform your Account Manager or email us at support@nomni.ai

MOV

Once you reach the checkout screen, there will be a prompt at the bottom of the page if the minimum order value is not reached. Please note that if the MOV level is not met, there may be additional delivery fees depending on the Supplier.
