How do I approve orders from my colleagues?

Approving on the order details screen

1. Look for the orders that has the status "Needs your approval" on the home screen of the app, i.e. the Orders tab. Tap the order.

2. In the Order details page, tap the Approve button to approve and send the order to the supplier.

3. Alternatively, tap the Edit button on the Order details page to edit the order details such as delivery date, items, item quantity, promo code, or the notes in the "Add special request" field. Tap Save and approve to proceed with the approval and send the order to the supplier.

4. Tap Done on the order confirmation screen to complete the process.

5. For order rejections, choose the reason for rejection, followed by "Confirm rejection".

Approving from the Dashboard

1. Look for the orders that have the status "Needs your approval" on the home screen of the app, i.e. the Orders tab.

2. For Android, swipe right to approve.

3. For Android, swipe left to reject.

4. For iOS, swipe left to view the approval options. Select either "Reject order" or "Approve order" to perform the indicated action.

5. For order rejections, choose the reason for rejection, followed by "Confirm rejection".


Buyer Hub

1. In Orders, look for the orders with the status "Needs your approval" and click into it.

2. Alternatively, go to the "Needs approval" tab at the top of the page, and click the "Review" button.

3. At the order detail page, click either "Approve", "Reject", or "Edit & Approve" button at the top right of the page to perform the desired action.

4. After approval, you will end up on this page. You can either go back to the order page or place a new order by clicking the buttons below.

5. For order rejections, choose the reason for rejection, followed by "Confirm rejection". You can also select the checkbox, "Create repeat order" to place a new order from the order being cancelled.
