Using Fingerprint or Face Unlock for added security

Use your device's passcode or fingerprint/face unlock to prevent unauthorised access

For additional security, you can enable biometric authentication on the Nomni Procure app. Once enabled, you may use fingerprint or face (such as Touch ID or Face ID) to unlock your Nomni Procure account.

Enable biometric authentication

  1. Make sure you have enabled fingerprint or face unlock on your phone.

  2. In the Nomni Procure app, go to More > Password & security and then enable Require Touch ID/Face ID to unlock app.

Disable biometric authentication

  1. In the Nomni Procure app, go to More > Password & security.

  2. Turn off Require Touch ID/Face ID to unlock app.

If you can't unlock using fingerprint or face unlock

  • You can use your device's passcode to unlock.

  • If your passcode fails to unlock, you may uninstall and reinstall the app to log in using your email and password.
