Mobile app
On the app, head over to the Inventory tab.
Tap "Count" on the desired list to start a stock count.
On the stock count page, as long as an item has more than one ordering UOM, there will be UOM options displayed for your selection.
Tap ‘X UOM options’ to input the quantity for more than one UOM and proceed to save. The quantity entered will be converted to the inventory UOM and saved.
Once completed, tap ‘Done’ to finish the stock count.
Buyer Hub
On Buyer Hub, head over to the Inventory page.
Select your desired outlet.
Click on ‘Lists’ and your desired inventory list.
Click on ‘New stock count’ and ‘Start stock count’.
On the stock count page, as long as an item has more than one ordering UOM, there will be UOM options displayed for your selection.
Click on the UOM under ‘Counted qty’ to input the quantity for more than one UOM and proceed to save. The quantity entered will be converted to the inventory UOM and saved.
Once completed, click ‘Done’ trigger a save confirmation to finish the stock count.
