Quick answer: The 29 October 2026 Nomni Procure web release lets you set a custom invoice due date, adds preset reasons when you cancel an order after its delivery date, tracks more inventory activity, and tightens which lists you can pick in the COGS report.
This article is for Nomni Procure buyers and admins on the web.
Invoices
Set a custom due date. On the invoice digitisation screen, choose Custom in Payment terms to pick your own Due date. Steps: How to set a custom due date on a Nomni Procure invoice.
Upload flow. After uploading invoices you now land on the Uploads list, and the OCR (automatic reading of invoice text) suggestions are easier to use.
Orders
Preset cancellation reasons. When you cancel an order after its delivery date, you now pick a reason: Not received, Out of Stock, Wrong Order, Wrong Vendor, Missed Delivery, or Others (specify). Steps: How to cancel a Nomni Procure order after the delivery date.
Supplier search. Suppliers already linked to your outlet now show in search results, and archived suppliers no longer show when you start a new order.
Inventory and reports
More inventory activity. Inventory activity now records when lists and Group SKUs are created or deleted, and when items are added to or removed from a list. You can filter and export these events.
COGS report list choice. The COGS (cost of goods sold) report only lets you pick lists that have at least two completed stock counts.
COGS fix. Lists whose stock counts share the same date now show in the COGS report.
Other fixes
Fixed advance orders being rejected.
Fixed suppliers missing from the supplier dropdown.
Fixed items that couldn't be removed from inventory or deleted from the Market list tab.
Refreshed the Companies page and the onboarding tour.
