Supplier invoices vs your Nomni invoice (Nomni Procure)

Tell a supplier bill in Nomni Procure apart from your Nomni subscription bill

Quick answer: A supplier invoice is a bill from a food or goods supplier, which you upload or receive in Nomni Procure. Your Nomni invoice is the subscription bill from Nomni Pty Ltd for your Nomni plan. It isn’t in Nomni Procure. Email ar@nomni.ai about it.

These steps are for Nomni Procure buyers (restaurants) who aren’t sure which invoice they’re looking at.

Find a supplier invoice in Nomni Procure

  1. Sign in to Nomni Procure on the web or in the app.

  2. Open Invoices for processed invoices, or Uploaded invoices for ones still being read.

  3. Upload a photo or PDF of a supplier bill, or open one that’s already there.

  4. On the web Invoices list, use Download data if you need the files.

What you should see: The supplier’s name, the invoice total and its status.

Find your Nomni subscription invoice

  1. Look for an email from Nomni Pty Ltd. Older charges may show Liven Pty Ltd (the old company name).

  2. The invoice is for your Nomni plan, for example Nomni POS, Nomni Ordering, Nomni Procure or Nomni Loyalty.

  3. To get a copy, pay it or update your card, email ar@nomni.ai.

What you should see: Nomni Pty Ltd as the issuer, not your food supplier.
