Quick answer: Click Outlets in the left menu. A yellow ! means something needs your attention. If you see 'Ordering to some suppliers currently disabled', open that outlet's order settings, check them and save to turn ordering back on. Then follow the steps below.
What this is for
Outlets lists each venue in your company with its company name, address and whether it's active. It's also where you fix order settings when ordering to a supplier is turned off.
Before you start
Sign in to Nomni Procure at buyer.zeemart.co as an admin.
Steps
Click Outlets in the left menu. A yellow ! means something needs your attention.
If you see 'Ordering to some suppliers currently disabled', open that outlet's order settings, check them and save to turn ordering back on.
Each outlet shows its company name, address and Active? status. Use Actions to edit an outlet.
Tips
In outlet settings you can choose who gets an email listing items below par after a stock count.
Common problems
Staff can't order from a supplier.
Check the outlet's order settings for that supplier, as above.
