Quick answer: Click Inventory in the left menu. The Outlets tab shows the estimated stock value across your outlets. Each outlet shows when it was last counted, how many items it has and how many are Below par . Outlets with items below par sums this up. Then follow the steps below.
What this is for
Inventory shows the estimated value of stock at each outlet, when it was last counted and which items are below par. Inventory is part of the Pro plan.
Before you start
Sign in to Nomni Procure at buyer.zeemart.co.
Your account is on the Pro plan. If you see 'Upgrade to Pro plan to use Inventory', contact your account manager.
Steps
Click Inventory in the left menu. The Outlets tab shows the estimated stock value across your outlets.
Each outlet shows when it was last counted, how many items it has and how many are Below par. Outlets with items below par sums this up.
The Items tab lists every SKU with its unit and totals per outlet. Search for an SKU, pick an outlet or Below par, and click Export to download it.
Tips
A par level is the minimum stock you want on hand. After a stock count, items under it count as below par.
Changes to items take effect from the next stock count.
Common problems
The estimated value looks wrong.
It's based on your last stock count and item prices. Do a new stock count to refresh it.
