What this is for
Payments shows the invoice payments you've made through Nomni Procure and any payment plans you have with suppliers.
Before you start
Sign in to Nomni Procure at buyer.zeemart.co.
Steps
Click Payments in the left menu. The Transactions tab shows what you've paid this week and this month.
Filter by company and supplier. Each payment shows when it was charged, the supplier, who paid, the amount and the payment type. Invoices show Unpaid, Paid or Failed. Credit notes show Unused, Partially used or Used.
Payment plans lists plans set up with suppliers, with the billed company, payment status, latest bill, due date and status.
Tips
To pay an invoice, go to Invoices and click Pay online.
Common problems
A payment shows as failed.
Check the card on file, then try again from Invoices. If it fails again, contact support with the date and amount.
