Nomni Procure for buyers: find and manage orders

Quick answer: Click Orders in the left menu. All orders opens first. Set the delivery date range, search by order ID or placed date, then click Search . Use Filter to narrow by supplier, outlet or status — choose Cancelled or Rejected to find those purchase orders. Then follow the steps below.

What this is for

The Orders page lists every order your outlets have sent to suppliers. Its tabs split out orders waiting for approval, drafts, purchase requisitions and recurring orders.

Before you start

  • Sign in to Nomni Procure at buyer.zeemart.co.

  • To approve orders, your user needs an approval role or a high enough order limit.

  5. Needs approval lists orders waiting for approval. How approval works depends on the outlet's approval setting. With order limit, an order over the user's limit needs approval from a user with a higher limit. With user level, orders from lower-level users need approval from a higher level, whatever the order value.

  6. Drafts holds orders that were saved as a draft and not sent yet. Open one to finish it and send it.

  7. Purchase requisitions are requests to buy that staff raise before an order exists. Depending on your setup, a requisition is approved at the outlet and/or by HQ. Once it's approved it becomes a draft order, shown as the Linked order. You can see the requested date, outlet and status of each one.

  8. Recurring orders repeat on a schedule for a supplier. Each one shows who created it and the contact person.

Tips

  • A green tick next to the delivery date means the delivery has been received.

  • Changes to a recurring order apply from the next order it places.

Common problems

  • An order isn't reaching the supplier.

Check Needs approval and Drafts first. Orders in those tabs haven't been sent.

  • The supplier says they never got the order.

Look at the line under the status. 'Email delivered' or 'Email opened' means it reached them.
