How to request a new supplier or item, a price change, or help with a PO that didn't reach the supplier

Do item, price and supplier changes yourself in Nomni Procure, or ask us only when self-serve is blocked.

Quick answer: You can add new items yourself in Nomni Procure on a computer. Click Items on the left menu, click Add, then choose Add from invoice to upload up to 5 supplier invoices, Create new to add one item, or Bulk create new to add many items with an Excel template. New items show in your market list straight away. Adding items isn’t in the mobile app yet, so if you’re on your phone, message us in chat and we’ll add them for you.

These steps are for Nomni Procure buyers (restaurants) using Nomni Procure on a computer. You can make most item, price and supplier changes yourself. Our team only needs to step in for the cases under When to contact us.

When to contact us

  • I can’t see the Add button. Add is hidden if your outlet is managed by your HQ (head office), or if your role isn’t allowed to edit items. Ask your HQ admin or account Owner, or message us in chat with the item details and we’ll add them for you.

  • You’re only on the mobile app and need items added. Adding items isn’t in the app yet.

  • Two suppliers need merging, or a bulk upload keeps failing.

  • The supplier isn’t a passive supplier, so it can’t be added yourself.

Send the outlet, supplier and item details (or the invoice) so we can help quickly.

What if a PO did not reach the supplier?

If a purchase order (PO) did not reach the supplier:

  1. Contact the supplier directly so the delivery is not missed.

  2. Message us in chat with the PO number and we will check what happened.
