If you have more than one outlet, you can copy items from one outlet's market list to your other outlets yourself. You don't need to ask us.
Before you start
Who: a user whose role can manage market lists.
Device: Nomni Procure on a computer (desktop).
You need access to every outlet you are copying to.
Copy items
Log in to Nomni Procure on a computer.
Check the right outlet is selected at the top right.
Go to your suppliers list, click the supplier's ⋯ menu and choose View market list.
Tick the items you want to copy. Use Select all to pick every item.
Click Copy to....
Under Select what to copy, tick what you want, for example Unit price, MOQ, Custom name, Buyer product code, Tags, Expense categories or Item status (enabled/disabled).
Tick Also copy items not already in outlets selected below if some outlets don't have these items yet.
Choose the outlets to copy to.
Click Save.
What you should see: the items, with the details you chose, in the same supplier's market list at each outlet you picked.
Remove items from several outlets
Tick the items and click Delete.
When asked Also delete in other outlets?, choose whether to remove them from your other outlets too.
If something goes wrong
You don't see Copy to...: your role can't manage market lists. Ask your account admin.
An outlet is missing from the list: you don't have access to it, or the supplier isn't set up there yet.
Prices didn't copy: for suppliers who manage their own prices on Nomni Supply, the supplier sets the price.
