Price Changes Report

See all market list pricing changes for every item in a single report

Applicable to: Buyer Hub

This report lists all the updates to market list prices that occured in these ways:

  • New prices found through the invoice digitisation process

  • Updated by the supplier or the Zeemart team

  • Updated by your users

To view this report:

  1. Select Reports on the side navigation.

  2. Scroll down to the Variance section, then click Price changes.

What's in the report

The report lists price changes by their effective date.

Column

What it contains...

Date

Date when the new price became effective. For prices found through invoice digitisation, the date reflects the invoice date rather than the digitisation date

SKU

Item name and its supplier

Outlet

Outlet that the new price applies to

UOM

Unit size of the item with the new price

New price

The new price, with the previous price listed below

Change $ and Change %

The difference between the new and previous price

Update status

This column is only relevant for outlets that have chosen to disable automatic price updates. It will display one of the following:

  • N/A: Price was updated in the market list automatically whenever found during invoice digitisation, or price was updated on the market list by supplier, buyer, or Zeemart.

  • "Update" button: Price was found in an invoice but has not been used to update the market list. Click the button to update the market list with this price.

  • Updated (with date): Price has been used to update the market list price, along with the date it was updated.

  • Skipped: Price was found in an invoice but was not used to update the market list, and has been superseded by a newer price.
