You can upload invoices by simply emailing the invoices to a specific email address. Every outlet with access to this feature are assigned a unique email address and all users have to do is to send scanned or PDF invoices to that address and they will appear on the app once they've been uploaded.
Find out the email address for invoice uploads (mobile)
Go to the Invoices page in the app and tap Upload.
Tap the ••• button at the top, and you'll see an email address under Other upload options.
Find out the email address for invoice uploads (Buyer Hub)
Go to the Invoices page and click Upload invoice.
Select an outlet.
If this feature is available to you, you'll see an email address listed on the popup.
