What to do if there is less items delivered than ordered.

Your supplier will be able to help you with this issue. Please contact them directly to discuss the arrangement of another delivery date or the cancellation of the order.

Once you've uploaded the corresponding order's invoice, the shortages in the invoice will be reconciled in the order's variance report.
