User access levels

What are the different types of user accounts?

You can assign the right level of access to every user in your account. Below is a list of privileges for each type of user to help you make the right choice.

Basic

This is the most basic user access level. 

Privileges:

  • Create & place orders

  • View the order as a PDF

  • View order history

  • View deliveries

Standard

A standard user is able to perform all the tasks of a basic user and has a few more privileges.

Privileges:

  • Create & place orders

  • Create weekly orders

  • View prices

  • Send order directly to suppliers

  • Approve or reject an order (if approval levels are assigned)

  • View the order as a PDF with pricing

  • View order history (with charts and pricing information)

  • View deliveries (with pricing information)

  • Upload invoices

  • Delete uploads

Admin

An admin user is able to perform all the tasks related to the account.

Privileges:

  • Create & place orders

  • Create weekly orders

  • View prices

  • Send order directly to suppliers

  • Approve or reject an order (if approval levels are assigned)

  • View the order as a PDF with pricing

  • View order history (with charts and pricing information)

  • View deliveries (with pricing information)

  • Upload invoices

  • Delete uploads

  • View processed invoices

  • View reports

  • Manage user accounts (create and edit)

  • Manage outlets (edit members, limits, etc.)
