Quick answer: Not straight away. The data shows once the invoice has been processed. Until then it sits under Uploaded in Invoices. When it moves to Processed, its items, prices and totals appear in your reports.

Check where your invoice is
Open Invoices.
Look under Uploaded for invoices still being read.
Look under Processed for invoices that are done.
What you should see: The invoice under Processed, with its supplier, total and items.
Get your data sooner
Upload invoices as soon as the delivery arrives.
Take a clear, flat photo with the whole page in view, or upload the PDF.
Upload one invoice per photo or file.
