Can I integrate my Nomni Supply account to my ERP or an accounting software?

Overview of Nomni Supply's integration options for suppliers

Quick answer: Nomni Supply connects to Xero and QuickBooks. In the Supplier Hub, click your username (top right), select Company settings, open the Integration tab and click Connect next to Xero or QuickBooks. Then follow the steps below.

Nomni Supply currently supports the following accounting software integrations via our desktop panel.

Accounting software

Quickbooks:

  1. Log on to the desktop panel.

  2. Click on your username at the top right corner of the page and select Company settings.

  3. In the Integration tab, select Connect next to the Quickbooks Online icon. Note: Each company can only integrate with a unique accounting software (i.e. either Xero or Quickbooks).

  4. If you're not already logged in to QBO, you will be asked to log in to your Intuit account.

  5. After logging in, you are asked to confirm that you'll want to connect Nomni Supply with your QBO account. Select Connect.

  6. Once done, you will be redirected back to Nomni Supply. You will now need to select the export options for your data. Map the outlets listed in Nomni Supply to the corresponding customer within QBO in the "Export as..." dropdown (you can map outlets from the same company to the same customer in QBO). Then for each outlet, pick the Category, Tax code, and Tracking Class (this last one is optional). Note: The options listed in the dropdowns are pulled from QBO and can only be edited within QBO.

  7. Click Save when done.

Export data to Xero

Follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the Supplier Hub desktop panel.

  2. Click on your username at the top right corner of the page and select Company settings.

  3. In the Integration tab, select Connect next to the Xero icon.

    ​Note: Each company can only integrate with a unique accounting software (i.e. either Xero or QuickBooks).

  4. You will be asked to log in to your Xero account. Select Allow access
    when asked to authorise access to Xero.

  5. Once done, you will be redirected back to Nomni Supply.

  6. Back on the Supplier Hub, you will now need to select the export options for your data. Map the outlets listed in Nomni Supply to the corresponding customer within Xero in the "Export as..." dropdown (you can map outlets from the same company to the same customer in Xero). Then, pick a Chart of Accounts that this customer falls under.

    Note: The options in the "Export as..." and "Category" are pulled from Xero and can only be edited within Xero.

  7. Click Save when done.

ERP/WMS

For suppliers, we can also integrate Nomni Supply with your company's ERP/WMS to seamlessly synchronise data across both platforms. For example, buyers can place orders using Nomni Procure app and the order data is pushed directly to the ERP.
