Get help or support using the supplier app

Note: This article is about how users of the supplier app can get support.

Applicable to: iOS, Android

From the Account tab in the Nomni Supply app, tap Help to access the Help Centre.

Two options are available here:

  1. Help - Browse our Support articles

  2. Contact support - Chat with our support team

Selecting Help opens the self-help support articles:

Selecting Contact support opens the live chat option (Note: Chat support is available Monday to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore time (GMT+8), except holidays)
