What this is for
Catalogue is your product list. It controls what customers can order and what appears in the directory.
Before you start
Sign in to Nomni Supply (the supplier side of Nomni Procure) at supplier.zeemart.co.
Steps
Click Catalogue in the left menu. Each SKU shows its code, name and category, and ticks for Available for Sale? and In directory.
Click Quick add or Add new SKU to add products. Options includes the bulk upload template and Deleted SKUs, which you can put back into the catalogue. Filter narrows the list. Each SKU stores units and prices, MOQ, tax, lead time, shelf life, tags and photos (JPEG or PNG up to 5MB).
Tips
An SKU must be Available for Sale before customers can order it. Tick Include in the public directory to list it.
Uploading a catalogue template overwrites any SKU with the same name.
Common problems
A customer can't find a product.
Check it's ticked Available for Sale, and that it's in their price list.
