Before you start

  • Sign in to Nomni Supply (the supplier side of Nomni Procure) at supplier.zeemart.co.

Steps

  1. Click Invoices in the left menu. The list shows each invoice (INV-) and credit note (CN-) with its date and customer.

Click Invoices in the left menu
  2. Click New invoice to create one. Add SKUs (or a free SKU), discounts and a delivery fee, then click Save and issue, or Save as draft to finish later. Leave the invoice number blank and it's generated for you: your invoice prefix, the two-digit year, then a 7-digit running number (for example INV-26-0000357). Credit notes use their own prefix. Numbers must be unique. Set the prefixes in Settings.

click Save and issue , or Save as draft to finish later
  3. The Statements tab lists customers with their latest statement, amount and unbilled (new) invoices. Use Actions to create or send a statement.

Tips

  • From an invoice's Actions you can Mark as Paid, Download DO (delivery order), or Export to Xero or Export to QBO. If an export fails, Export issues lists what to fix.

Common problems

  • A customer says they haven't received a statement.

Check the Statements tab. 'No statements yet' means none has been created for them.
