Use the Reports page to gain better control over your finances

The Reports page in the app provides a comprehensive view of your spending, allowing you to track your progress against spending goals and spot trends over time.

Here’s what’s you can find in Reports:

Total spending chart

At the top of the page is the total spending chart. Tap different points in the chart to see daily spending amounts with ease.

You can see the difference between the selected period’s spending and the previous period displayed below the total spending amount.

Choose Weekly or Monthly to view your outlet's spending per month or week.

Tap View details to view detailed spending reports (see below).


Spending highlights

Beneath the chart, you’ll find key highlights of your spending during the period:

  • Price changes. When there are price changes in the period, you can spot it here.

  • Spending tracker. Once enabled, the spending tracker allows you to set a target spending amount for the period and notify you when specific thresholds are exceeded.

  • Highest daily spend. This allows you to know which day has the highest spending within the period.

  • Most spent category. This is the category of products you spent the most in the period.


Spending trends by Category

You can see a detailed breakdown of your spending by category for the past six months. This allows you to see any patterns or trends, such as whether you’ve been spending more on certain categories.


Spending trends by Supplier

Similar to trends by Category, this allows you to spot any trends or patterns, such as whether you've been making more purchases from a particular supplier or if your spending is becoming more concentrated with a few key suppliers.


Top expenditures by SKU

This list shows the top 10 most bought SKUs (by amount) during the period.


Detailed spending reports

Total spending by Supplier

This shows the total spending in the period based on the supplier. This helps you identify spending patterns and track which suppliers contribute most to your costs, starting from the highest to the lowest amount.

You can also change the period to be This week, Last week, This month, Last month, and Custom.

When you select a supplier on the page, you will be opening the Spending by Supplier details page. Here we're showing you the items from this supplier that you've bought.

Tapping an SKU on this page leads you to the SKU details page, where you can see the purchase history in the Spending details tab and any price changes in the Price history tab.

If you click Track price, this item will be added to the Watchlist, where you will be notified when there’s a price movement happening.

Total spending by Category

This shows the total spending in the period based on Category. You will see if you have been spending more in specific categories.

Total spending by SKU

This report allows you to see the total spending in the period based on SKU, and identify certain items that are contributing more to your overall costs. When you click the SKU, you will be directed to the Detail SKU page.

Total spending by Tags

You can also view your spending by tags you've assigned to the SKUs. You can manage the tags using the Buyer Hub.

Exporting spending reports on the mobile app

All this data can be downloaded or shared as an Excel by clicking on the Export button at the top right-hand corner.
