How do I acknowledge orders?

Confirm orders to assure buyers that you've received their orders

As a supplier, you can acknowledge orders created on Zeemart to give your customers an extra peace of mind by notifying them that you've received their orders. This is an optional step - orders will remain in "Placed" status even if you do not acknowledge them.

There are several ways to acknowledge orders:

Email

You can do this even if you are not already a Zeemart user. Simply click the 'Acknowledge order' button at the bottom of the order email, and you're done! A confirmation page will be displayed to you and the customer will be notified via their Zeemart mobile app.

WhatsApp/SMS

If you receive orders on WhatsApp/SMS:

1. Tap the link in the message to view the order PDF.

2. Then select the Acknowledge order button at the top of the page. A confirmation page will be displayed to you and the customer will be notified via their Zeemart mobile app.

Supplier mobile app

1. Select an order on the Dashboard or the View orders page.

2. In the order details page, tap Respond.

3. Select Acknowledge. Once you've done this, the order will display a green tick next to the order number at the top.

Supplier Hub

There are two ways to acknowledge orders on the Supplier Hub:

  • In the 'Orders' page, select Actions > Acknowledge order. Once you've done this, the order will display a green tick next to its order number.

  • You can also click on the Acknowledge order button in the order detail page. Once you've done this, the order will display a green label next to its order number.
